Greek Salad

Ingredients
6 tomatoes cut into wedges                                            
1 cucumber diced
1 small onion finely sliced
1 small green capsicum cored, seeded and roughly chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
185g fetta cheese cut into cubes
125g black olives
1 teaspoon oregano
 
Method
Place the tomatoes, cucumber, onion and capsicum in a bowl and mix well.
Pour over the oil, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste and toss thoroughly.
Transfer the salad to a serving dish/bowl and cover with cheese and olives.
Sprinkle with oregano
