Potato Goop
- Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 250g grated cheese
- 2 onions finely sliced
- 6 rashers bacon - finely chopped
- Method
- Scrub potatoes and boil with skin on until half
cooked (not soft and mushy)
- Slice potatoes when cool

- Mix sour cream with milk and garlic
- Spoon some sour cream mix over large baking
dish

- Layer some of the potatoes over sour cream mix
followed by cheese, bacon & onion
- Repeat layers, sour cream, potatoes, cheese,
bacon & onion.
- The last layer (top of dish) should be
potatoes, sour cream mix and grated cheese only
Bake in oven until golden brown and baked through
